The administration has repeatedly attacked refugees, asylum seekers, and our Muslim neighbors. Through a series of refugee, asylum, and Muslim bans, the administration has prolonged family separation, undermined our moral and legal obligations to the most vulnerable, and discriminated against people based of their faith or nationality. It is more important than ever for Members of Congress to hear that the faith community supports principles of religious freedom and our moral obligation to welcome.
The NO BAN Act is legislation that will be introduced next week that would ensure that no one is banned from our country based on religious or nationality-based discrimination. Join us in calling on all Members of Congress to cosponsor the NO BAN Act and be bold in choosing moral, just policies that provide refuge for vulnerable individuals seeking protection.
